With 10 years of administration and operations experience, Grace Li joined On Lok in 2001 as the director of program operations. On Lok SeniorHealth is a comprehensive health plan that provides long-term care for eligible seniors living in San Francisco and Fremont. He is the former secretary of the Maryland Department of Health & Mental Hygiene, former health commissioner (acting) and director of emergency medical services for the District of Columbia, former chief of emergency medicine at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Dr. America Bracho is the founder, president and CEO of Latino Health Access, a center for health promotion and disease prevention in Santa Ana, Calif. This center was created under her leadership to assist with the multiple health needs of Latinos in Orange County. Latino Health Access encourages empowerment for the Latino community and uses participatory approaches to community health education. Dr. Alice Huan-mei Chen is director of the General Medicine Clinic at San Francisco General Hospital, and an assistant clinical professor of medicine at the University of California, San Francisco.
