Still Dreaming of Health Care

As the Affordable Care Act rolls out in 2014, tens of millions of uninsured Americans will gain access to health coverage. But at least 3 million Californians will remain uninsured, including low-income adults and 1 million undocumented residents.

Last week, at the  2013 National Health Journalism Fellowship in Los Angeles, health care experts discussed the challenges and opportunities to expand coverage to the most vulnerable populations under Obamacare. I used Storify to capture the discussion.
