I am a MD and a medical reporter, and I have been working as a staff reporter at Focus, Die Zeit and STERN, three major weekly print media in Germany. As a fellow of the International Journalism Program (www.ijp.org), I have also worked for REFORMA, one of the major newspapers in Mexico. Currently, I am pursuing a Master in Specialized Journalism at USC Annenberg, focussing on neuroscience, global health, and multimedia storytelling. I write articles in German, Spanish, and English. I'm a California Endowment Health Journalism fellow this year (2010).
