I am a husband, dad and grandfather or better known as Papa. Writer/autuhor, speaker and activists for polio eradication, diabetes and heart disease. I have spent the past 4 years working at raising awareness around the world for diabetic awareness and now we have decided to use our grassroots skills and accomplsih more.

Through our blog Health in the Laugh Lane (http://healthinthelaughlane.com) we are covering a wide aray of health issues in a friendly and enjoyable manner. Also we are leading activists in the epatient movement and spend a great deal of time speaking to others and helping them take a role in their personal health care.
