Known as bodega clinics or storefront clinics -- these doctors' offices are incredibly popular in Orange County's Latino neighborhoods.

They offer short wait times, doctors who speak the language, on-site X-rays and prescriptions, walkable locations -- and they often don't take insurance.

They serve a mix of undocumented patients, insured immigrants who want to bypass bureaucracy and the occasional Anglo patient. But public health officials harbor a number of concerns about storefront clinics.
